Distillerie
A versatile space of 250m2, expandable to accommodate up to 350 people in a cocktail configuration, with the option to combine or separate it from the Carrosserie via a soundproof door. The Distillery offers flexible layout options for a lounge atmosphere, a conference for up to 250 people, or a dining cocktail, including a VIP area, the Town Hall, and a stage at the end of the room..
épicerie
Separated from the other two spaces, the Epicerie, with its industrial and underground atmosphere, contains a bar and a stage and can be furnished with leather furniture to create a friendly and relaxed ambiance. Ideal for a dance party for up to 300 people, the space can also be arranged for a conference, a seated dinner, an exhibition, a cocktail... It has even been used for the filming of a music video.
Carrosserie
With its 500m2, it is the largest space in the Village, with a capacity of 500 people in a cocktail configuration. Fully adaptable, it can also accommodate a seated dinner for up to 120 people, a theatre, a conference, a concert, a fashion show, and a team-building event....
